Gingham is a trend that has been taking over the high street at the moment. Initially, I wasn’t convinced but now the trend has won me over with all the gorgeous and affordable pieces that are currently gracing the shops. In this post, I have picked out some of my favourite inexpensive gingham pieces.
Playsuit | Smock Dress | Frill Skirt | Embroidered Dress | Top | Bardot Dress | Trousers
This playsuit from Penneys is definitively something you can’t go wrong with, especially with a price tag of €8. During the day time it could be dressed down with an oversized denim jacket and gladiator sandals or dressed up with a pair of wedges and a black blazer over the shoulders for a night out. I am also in love with these crop lace detail trousers from River Island, they’d be perfect for the office or even a night out dressed up with heels!
I recently picked up a bardot style gingham dress from Penneys for around €8 (similar here) and I cannot wait for the weather to warm up so I can bring it out! The great thing about this trend it goes with everything from jeans, leather jackets, flats and everything in between.
