Off the shoulder tops and dresses are certainly a trend that is taking over the high street this summer. The trend is perfect for dressing up are down, here I have gone for a mix of dressy casual by teaming this polka dot bell sleeve top with tan accessories.
This bell sleeve polka dot top is from Penneys and I picked it up in the sale for only €5 a few months ago. I have seen it still in some Penneys reduced to €5. It’s a bargain if you want to try out the off the shoulder or bell sleeve trend without breaking the bank.
I have teamed this top with light blue frayed jeans from New Look (only €15 in last year’s sale). These photos were taken one evening after work when I was in St. Annes Park in Raheny, and with Ireland being Ireland when it got a little chilly I threw on my tan coat which I picked up from Hobbs in Kildare Village (a little pricier than my usual high street purchases, but it’s an investment piece after all!).
My heeled sandals are also from Penneys, there we around €19/21 and they are still in Penneys currently, I have seen them in black, khaki green and also the tan colour which I picked up. They are quite comfy, but be warned the first time you wear them they will cut your feet!
